Shipping policy

At Mediwell Solutions we want shipping to be as straightforward as possible. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic U.S. orders.

Shipping Coverage

All purchases for U.S. customers are governed by this Shipping Policy. We do not ship products to international destinations outside the United States.

Delivery Schedule

Below are our order processing and delivery times:

  • Order cut off time: 5:00 PM MST. Orders received after 5:00 PM MST will be shipped the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: Deliveries usually take 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 6 business days from date of order.

After we process your order, it will be sent using one of our carriers for shipping.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Shipping Partners

We send products via USPS and UPS to get them to you reliably. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email that includes a tracking link that will take you to our tracking page on the site. You can also always track your orders by clicking on “Track Your Order” located at the bottom of our site.
